 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PARENTS

• The fee charged from new entrants is adhoc in nature and is based on 2023-24 rates of fee. In case of fee being revised for 2024-25, the parents would be required to pay the difference.

• Parents of the Selected Candidates are requested to deposit the fees from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm from Monday to Wednesday –15 January 2024 to 17 January, 2024 only through Demand Draft favouring K R MANGALAM WORLD SCHOOL payable at New Delhi, amounting to Rs. 37,505/-. This amount includes only Admission Fee and First Quarter fee. School Transportation Fee is payable, only, if a parent opts for this facility, which is optional.

• LIST OF ITEMS/ DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

1. Original Date of Birth Certificate of the child (For Verification)
2. Original Notary attested Affidavit in case of First child (Only in case

if it was not submitted at the time of submission of Nursery Registration Form (For Verification/Submission)

3. Original Proof of Residence of both the parents (For Verification):

Voter ID Card/ Aadhar UID Card / Passport / Electricity Bill / MTNL Bill / Water Bill.

4. Medical Document, in case of child with special needs.
5. Four latest coloured passport size photographs of the child and two latest coloured passport size photographs of each parent.

• The Admission Booklet and School Health Record Form collected from Reception is to be filled in legible handwriting, either with Blue or Black Pen, and submit in the school along with the admission fee.

NO CUTTING IS ALLOWED IN FILLING THE ADMISSION FORM.

Note:  Kindly make sure that the spellings of child’s name, father’s name, mother’s name and date of birth (of child) as filled in Nursery Registration Form and Admission form is correct and matches with the proofs attached. NO CHANGES/CORRECTIONS IN THE RECORDS WILL BE ENTERTAINED ONCE THE ADMISSION IS DONE.
