On 26 July 2024, Friday, K.R. Mangalam World School Vikaspuri hosted an exhilarating IT Fest, a showcase of technological prowess and innovation. The event amalgamated various engaging activities including Over Clock, Innovate, Surprise, Speak Up, Escape Velocity, and many more. Nearly seventeen events were conducted which also included a few online events.

Each event provided a platform for students from diverse schools to demonstrate their coding, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Over Clock tested participants’ technical acumen, while Innovate encouraged inventive solutions to modern problems. Surprise added an element of unpredictability, and Speak Up provided a stage for eloquent presentations on technology’s impact. Escape Velocity challenged participants to solve complex problems under time constraints. A team of experts were invited to judge the various events. Events like Innovate and Girls Tech were judged by Mr.Harshit Malhotra, the founder of an edu tech agency and Ms.Priya Soni, Associate Manager, Cyber Security, Apollo Tyers.

The fest was a testament to the ever-evolving field of information technology and its vital role in shaping our future. It highlighted the importance of tech-savvy skills and collaborative learning in today’s digital age.
