K.R. Mangalam World School, Paschim Vihar celebrated Janmashtami with great enthusiasm and joy, making it a memorable occasion for pre-primary students. The festivities were designed to be both educational and engaging, providing a meaningful experience.

A festive atmosphere was created, and a special corner was set up to celebrate Krishna’s birthday within the school premises. Children came dressed up in traditional attires as little gopis and natkhat Krishna.The day started with a storytelling session where the teachers shared a simplified version of Lord Krishna’s birth story. Children actively participated in making Krishna-themed items, such as decorating small clay pots and paper flutes. These activities enhanced their creativity and provided a hands-on connection to the festival. The children learned simple Janmashtami songs and rhymes and had a lively dance session featuring traditional tunes. They also visited a temple to seek the blessings of Lord Krishna.
