“Connecting home and school makes us a great community of learners”

We at KRM believe that a child is the joint responsibility of both the school and the parents. When these two work in tandem the development of the child is holistic. A workshop was conducted by the teachers for the parents of Nursery and KG classes showcasing methodology for teaching each subject from the pre-primary curriculum. The workshop was an initiative to bridge the gap between the school and the parents and thereby help in bringing an important stakeholder; parents, closer to the teaching-learning process.

During the workshop, teachers explained the teaching methodology for each subject through rhyme, and stories followed by related child-centric fun activities. Parents were delighted to learn the interactive teaching methods and actively participated in all the fun activities. The exciting and enriching session guided the parents on how to make the challenging task of teaching children easily in an interesting manner. Parents appreciated the school’s initiative and the efforts of the teachers for the informative workshop.
